Stress? Stress? Stress? Avoiding Stress!

October 27, 2017
Dear Friends,
Professional or advocacy organizations and insurance companies love to name a "health month" for every month of the year.  November alone has many designations including: 'American Diabetes' month; 'Cervical Health Awareness' month; 'Lung Cancer Awareness' month; 'Home Care and Hospice' month; 'National Epilepsy' month; 'Pancreatic Cancer Awareness' month; and the "Great American Smokeout'  on Thursday November 16!
It can really stress you out thinking about so many important issues just this month alone! And then it's getting darker and colder; the kids are in 3 sports; the boss is on your case; the computer is on the fritz;  the cat shredded the couch; and the holidays are right around the corner....AARRGH! The last quarter of the year can be stressfull for a lot of reasons, so I am designating November the 'Avoiding Holiday Stress and Anxiety' month in our office!
Jane McNeil, CN, CH will be presenting a free seminar at our office designed to help "Avoid and Counteract Stresses in the Holiday Season!" Come in on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 6:30 to 7:30 ...it's interactive, informative and very helpful! Light refreshments will be provided. The seminar is free but you must register. Call the office or tell us when you come in to register.
Getting a check up adjustment is the perfect way to enjoy the Fall wonders and lower your stress levels, too!  We are ready to help you achieve your best possible health this Fall...call us at 201-525-0707  and Joan, Jolanta, and Debi  will gladly make a convenient appointment. Office Hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 -1 and 3 -6 and Saturdays 9 - 1.
All the best and we'll see you soon!
Carmel-Ann Mania, D.C.
